OPERATIVE ANYONETRUST NOTHING. SUSPECT EVERYONE.

YOUR EVERYDAY WORLD. A SECRET SECOND LIFE.

A secret mission among friends.

Your friend is your target. Someone else is after you. Operative Anyone is a free, invitation-only social strategy game where friends become Operatives and quietly “assassinate” one another through safe eliminations under rules everyone agrees to—until only one remains.

Trust no one. Outlast everyone.

THE GAME / HUNT WITHOUT BECOMING THE NEXT ELIMINATION

Your friends. Your targets.

Operative Anyone turns familiar faces into confidential assignments. You’re trying to eliminate your target while avoiding elimination yourself. The tension comes from what each person knows—and what everyone else is keeping quiet.

  1. Know your target

When the Director starts the operation, your private Field Briefing names one fellow Operative to eliminate. Only you see your assignment.

  2. Keep your cover

Someone else has been assigned you. Read the room, keep your target confidential, and decide when to make your move.

  3. Make your move

Encounter your assigned target during permitted hours, outside safe zones. Complete a tag that both players agree to, using your operation’s agreed rules and elimination phrase.

  4. Verify the elimination

Report the tag in Operative Anyone. Your target reviews it and confirms or disputes it. A report alone never takes a player out.

  5. Adapt. Survive. Win.

After a confirmed elimination, your target is out and you inherit their assignment. Keep playing until one Operative remains.

Before the first move: a Director invites 3–20 adults into a private operation. Join with your persistent Operative identity, agree to the rules, then receive your assignment when gameplay begins. Read the Field Manual for joining and full rules.

You have Raven. Who has you?

Raven is another player in your private group. Your goal is to complete a valid elimination against Raven. Raven has their own target, and another Operative has been assigned you. You see your own target—not everyone else’s assignments.

A familiar conversation now has another layer. Is that friend simply saying hello, or choosing their moment? Keep your assignment to yourself and stay alert without crossing anyone’s boundaries.

“Assassination” is the fiction. The game action is a safe tag that both players agree to. It never means harm, threats, chasing, stalking, or unwanted contact.

THE MOMENT / THEN THE CONSEQUENCES

What actually happens when you make a move?

Here’s how one encounter changes the operation.

  1. 01 / THE ENCOUNTER

    You make a valid tag.

You encounter Raven in a permitted setting and follow the agreed elimination rules, including the operation’s elimination phrase. Consent, safe zones, and permitted hours always come first. If the situation is unsafe or unwelcome, stop.

  2. 02 / THE REVIEW

    Raven gets a say.

You open Review elimination claims from your Field Briefing and report the tag. Raven signs in to confirm or dispute it. A pending, unanswered, or disputed report does not eliminate Raven or change assignments.

  3. 03 / THE NEXT ASSIGNMENT

    The game closes in.

Once Raven confirms a valid elimination, Raven is out. If Raven’s target was Echo, your next assignment becomes Echo. There are fewer players left—and someone is still trying to eliminate you.

    PREVIOUS TARGET RAVENNEXT TARGET ECHO

One Operative left standing.

Repeat the cycle: protect your cover, complete verified eliminations, and adapt to new assignments. If you are eliminated, your hunt in that operation ends. The final remaining Operative wins.

Only use the verification flow available in your authenticated game. If a claim is disputed, pause play until it is resolved; automated Director dispute adjudication is not available. Follow the current readiness guidance in the Field Manual before live play.
